You may have seen loud house, or loud house movies on Netflix, but now you can watch the classic films on Blu-ray.
The service, which was announced on Monday, is rolling out in Canada.
The service allows Canadians to watch any movie on any device, including phones and tablets, as long as the movie has an MPAA rating of R. The first movies to hit the service include “The Muppets,” “The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension,” “It’s a Wonderful Life,” “Muppets Most Wanted,” “Frozen,” “Wish You Were Here,” and “The Little Mermaid.”
While Netflix’s first foray into the Canadian market came in 2016 with the launch of “House Party,” it’s only recently that it’s become clear that Canadians love loud house and the movie it represents.
According to a study from Nielsen, Canadian audiences are more than five times as likely to watch an R-rated movie than an NC-17 rated movie.
In addition to loud house films, the service will also be launching Canadian-made films in English, French, German, Spanish, and Japanese.
Netflix has been working to expand its U.S. library, which is currently full of movies that are either R rated or PG-13, which are the highest ratings available to films.
